sihat itu cantik :)

Haluu everybody . nida chan in the house. Haha~I’ve been busy with assignment and stuff lately. So I’m pretty occupied at the moment with my final is just around the corner. So you might know how stressful I am. To ease up my stress,my housemate and I decided to go for a jog. Jogging has been in our agenda for a while but we never make time for that. Last Saturday evening we managed to grab some time for jogging. We choose to jog at Seksyen7’s lake. It’s perfect place for exercising and stuff. People will usually go there for fishing and exercising. You know that kind of relaxing stuff. So off we go to S7 lake. The weather was being kind to us that day. It was a little bit and the sun wasn’t blazing blatantly. People weren’t too crowded either. I managed to jog for 2 rounds anyway.. yup ! 2 rounds.huhu. now don’t laugh. I was a beginner anyway~ omo…don’t expect me to jog for 10 rounds.hahahahahaah.. By the time we finished our jogging,people are started to come over. Meaning that its getting crowded. Then we decided to have a drink just to quench our thirst after that loooooooonggg running. Ok not that long I know ==’. So we dragged ourselves to the nearby restaurant. I ordered white coffee,while my housmates myra-san ordered themselves cold honey lemon iced tea and cendol durian. Feeling relaxed and managed to cool ourselves with drinks,we decided to go home since it was getting late and dark. Jogging is definitely a booster for me. #sigh Now I feel more relaxed compare to other days. I feel like flying and my body feels light. It’s like a burden has been lift off from my shoulder. Now I know I should exercise frequently. Plus,execising is a bonus point for me as I managed to lose a few pounds . so I guess that’s all from me until the next post we meet again. Sayonara~ XOXO.
